The Association of American Publishers reported the first quarter sales for eBooks is up 252% in the first quarter of 2010, up to over $91 Million.
Kindle eBooks will be available on the Android 2 and are already available on the iPad products. Apple expects to sell 5.5 million iPads in 2010 and Amazon expects to sell 3 million Kindles. Barnes & Noble expects to sell 1 million Nooks in their stores and at BestBuy. This will add 9 million more customers for eBooks. Amazon already sells 70-80% of the digital books currently sold.
