Downloadable audio sales for the month were up 26.7%, while sales of physical audio declined 25.5% to $8.1 million. As Barnes & Noble purchases customer information from Borders, they have run into privacy and "opt out" issues. Should a "Privacy Policy" be violated by a bankruptcy sale? Should purchasing information continue to remain private?
