Great author idea--include book club questions in the back. Make it easy for your book to be a Book Club Selection. Offer to Skype/Hangout with a book club to be part of the discussion. It's a way to create some fans and get feedback. They may also want you to come speak or do a book signing in their area. #BookClub #WritingTips #SpeakingTips #NerimanPublishing
Video has not become the predominate medium. Enhanced books have video and collectively we all watch over 80 million hours of YouTube per day. Most people like a video that is 3 minutes or less. It seems many would rather see a video than read. It is also estimated that 10% of internet bandwidth is used on cat videos. Not sure that is accurate, but it could be possible.
Amazon is planning to entertain its online customers with comedy videos. Amazon has been encouraging videos for awhile now. I'm wondering if they will look at my music purchases and play my genre of music while I am shopping online in hopes I will also purchase more music. We have music in brick and mortar stores. Would you want to take time out from your online shopping to watch a comedy clip?
